Michael J. Riolino, CPA, CVA, is President/Secretary/Shareholder of the firm, performing various engagements, including compilations, reviews, and audits for small to medium sized closely held businesses. Michael also prepares tax returns for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, Corporations (S-Corps), Estates and Trusts, and conducts business valuation engagements.
Michael serves a Board Member of the East Haven Chamber of Commerce (2011), and a member of the Sound Network Group (2011). Michael earned his Bachelor of Science (2006) and a Master of Science (2007) degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Connecticut and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst. He started his career in accounting in 2006.
